Trimming Instructions for GelStep Insoles

Carefully trim your insoles to fit your specific shoe size, as follows:

STEP 1: Determine Your Insole Size

Place insole flat on the floor, with the numbered side facing upward.

Men: Stand with your heel flush against the heel edge of the insole. Take note of the size number on the toe edge that matches the first line just beyond all your toe tips. Repeat with the other foot.

Women: Stand with your heel flush against the line marked "W" near the heel edge of the insole. Take note of the size number on the toe edge that matches the first line just beyond all your toe tips. Repeat with the other foot.

STEP 2: Trim Top of Insoles

With scissors, carefully trim insoles at the toe edge along the lines that match the numbers noted from Step 1.

Men: Your insoles are ready to be placed in your shoes.

Women: Proceed to Step 3 below.

STEP 3: Trim Bottom of Insoles

Women: With scissors, carefully trim insoles along the line marked "W" near the heel edge of the insole. This will adjust the insoles to fit women's footwear properly.

Your insoles are ready to be placed in your shoes.
