Cushion and Protect Sore Heels

Reducing shock and pressure on your feet can be the key to relieve heel and/or lower back pain. The durable gel and rubber construction of these heel cushions provides superior shock absorption. 1 pair per package.

Small (Fits Shoe Sizes - Women's 4-7)
Medium (Fits Shoe Sizes - Women's 8-11 & Men's 6-9)*

Locate the symbols, "L" for "Left" and "R" for "Right", on the back of the cushions. Place each cushion in its proper shoe with its rounded end positioned snugly in the heel area of the footwear. Make sure the longest side of each cushion's pointed end is positioned next to the inner side of each shoe. Step into each shoe, making sure you maintain the position of each cushion as you put on the footwear. Reposition cushions as needed.

Hand wash product with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in a clean towel to remove excess moisture then air dry completely, away from direct heat and sunlight, before reuse. If product becomes tacky, sprinkle some talcum powder on it.

Non-sterile product, Do not use over open wounds. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, irritation, numbness or additional pain. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, you should inspect your feet regularly and discuss abnormalities with your physician.
