For best results, remove existing insoles from your footwear and trim your new insoles according to the sizing guide. Place insoles in footwear with blue material facing down. Be sure insoles completely cover the insides of shoes.

Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel and air dry completely before reuse.
