For best results, remove existing insoles from your footwear and use them as a cutting guide for your new insoles. With scissors, carefully trim SockLess Insoles to fit your shoe size. Once trimmed, place insoles into shoes with terrycloth facing upward.

Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel and air dry completely before reuse.
