Toe Trainers™ ease pain by separating and straightening crooked, broken and/or hammer toes. These soft, fabric-covered splints feature adjustable Velcro® fasteners for custom sizing. Fit comfortably in shoes. Trimmable. Interchangeable for left or right foot. Washable and reuasable. 2/package

 

One Size Fits Most.

 
Insert the thinnest part of a Toe Trainer™ between your problem toes and position product so its short straps (with Velcro® fasteners) are on top of your toes. (Long straps will be underneath your toes.) Wrap each long strap around your adjacent toes and attach each long strap to the short Velcro straps. If desired, the product may be trimmed with scissors for a custom fit. Pull on hosiery carefully and readjust product as necessary. For best results, do not wear shoes that compress toes together.
 
Hand wash product with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in a clean towel to remove excess moisture then air dry completely, away from direct heat and sunlight, before reuse.
 
If you have diabetes or poor blood circulation, consult your physician before using this product. Adjusting straps too tightly will prevent proper circulation. Non-sterile. Do not use this item on broken skin. Remove product from foot for at least four consecutive hours daily. If this product causes you to have skin discoloration, numbness, irritation or pain, stop using it immediately. If your symptoms persist, contact a medical professional for further assistance.
