DIRECTIONS
Place each insole in proper shoe with the rounded end fully back in the heel. If needed, trim with scissors for a perfect fit. For permanent placement, remove adhesive backing, position insole in shoe and press firmly. Insole should extend under the ball of the foot, but not under toes.

CARE
Wipe surface with damp cloth or leather cleaner. Air dry completely before reuse.

WARNINGS
This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
