DIRECTIONS
Slip ToeSnug on around 2nd & 3rd or the 2nd, 3rd & 4th toes. Place the thicker side, (with foam insert) under the toes. Narrow end of foam insert should be under the smaller toes, fat end by big toe. Gently pull the fleece tab and adjust for a snug, comfortable fit (do not overtighten). Remaining fleece tube material can be used over, under or between the 1st & 2nd toes or trimmed. Be careful not to pull tab out of the sleeve. If this happens, use tweezers to help reinsert. Note: Foam insert can be removed entirely or used on top of toes — whichever is most comfortable.

CARE
Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse. Material Content: Sherpa fleece. Polyfoam.

WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional toe pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not overtighten. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
