DIRECTIONS
Handle gently to prevent tearing of the product. Use both hands to apply. Slide onto feet with largest spacer between 1st and 2nd toes, flat side up and ridged side under toes. Position spacers comfortably between smaller toes. Pull on socks and readjust product as needed. Wear for short periods of time to start, gradually increasing until all-day use is comfortable. Remove carefully to avoid breakage. Scissor trim to customize for use between fewer toes.

CARE
Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Air dry completely before reuse. Sprinkle with powder if gel becomes tacky.

WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before use. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional toe pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. Non-sterile. Remove for at least 4 hours per day. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin. Remove at least 4 hours per day. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
