Description
PediFix 1/4" Lateral Sole Wedge Insoles provide a beveled design that extends the full length of these ‘slanted’ insoles, making them thicker on one edge, thinner on the other to help alleviate a variety of ailments, including those caused by excessive supination — the tendency to roll over the outside of the foot when walking or running. Try these before considering expensive shoe modifications!

Material Firmness: Please note, these are not intended to be soft, cushioning insoles as those materials would not adequately influence your walking pattern. Instead, they are firm to more effectively limit excessive supination — ‘rolling over’ the lateral edge of the shoe when you walk.
Size and Fit: Customers report these run a bit small and narrow, so do consider ordering a larger size, as they can be scissor trimmed smaller if needed.
Fitting Instructions: If space allows, place on top or underneath existing shoe insoles. If space is tight, remove and replace the existing shoe insole.
