DIRECTIONS
Before removing adhesive backings, place Heel Hugs in back of shoes to determine proper position. If desired, carefully trim with sharp scissors for a perfect fit. Remove adhesive backings. Firmly press in shoe.

CARE
Product may be wiped with a clean, slightly-damp cloth. Allow the cushion and footwear to air dry completely before reuse.

WARNINGS
If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before using. Non-sterile. Do not use on open wounds. If discomfort, irritation, numbness or pain occurs, discontinue use.
