**Requesting a Refund from an Amazon Third-Party Seller**

1. Log in to your Amazon account.
2. Go to "Your Orders" from the top right-hand corner of the Amazon homepage.
3. Find the order you want a refund for and click "Return Items."
4. Select a reason for the refund (e.g., item not as described or received a damaged item).
5. Provide a brief explanation in the comments section if needed.
6. Click "Continue."
7. Follow prompts to choose refund and return shipping methods.

**If the Seller Does Not Respond or Cannot Help:**

1. If the third-party seller doesn't respond within 2-3 business days, you can escalate the issue to Amazon.
2. Go to "Your Orders," find the order, and click "File/View Claim."
3. Follow the prompts to submit your claim to Amazon.
4. Amazon will review your claim and may intervene on your behalf.
5. If these attempts are unsuccessful and your purchase was within the last 60 days,  you may email a copy of your receipt and complaint to [email protected].
6. PediFix customer service will review your case and advise.
